60-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days from the receipt of your item to request a refund.
If the product has not been used, is in its original condition, and is returned within 60 days of purchase, we will proceed with the refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first at contact@aurumdelondon.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

We will cover the return shipping costs, and you will be refunded in full.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
